Coming home to yourself, one breath, one touch, one Sunday at a time.
🌿 Why the Hand on Heart?
Because the body remembers what the mind forgets.
Because you can’t shame yourself into wholeness.
Because most of the time, the best antidote is presence. With yourself.
Placing a hand on your heart is an invitation—not a cure.
In this simple gesture, remind yourself:
I am here. I am listening. I matter.
✨ This Week’s Invitation
Practice a Breath Meditation with Hand on Heart
Wherever you are, pause. Gently place your hand on your heart.
Let your breath be your anchor.
- Inhale for 3 counts…
- Hold for 3 counts…
- Exhale for 3 counts…
- Hold for 3 counts…
Repeat this gentle rhythm 3 or 4 times.
Then, slowly, let your breath return to its natural pace.
Notice its softening effect.
Let that be enough.
🪞Reflect:
- What is my heart carrying this week?
- What if this moment didn’t need improvement, just attention?
- Who or what am I offering presence to today?
🌲 For Your Week Ahead:
Let your hand on heart be your compass.
Return as often as you need—no ritual too small, no moment too late.
Stillness is not the absence of movement. It’s the return to center.
